Brock Adley didn't stumble into real estate — he grew up in it. As a second-generation real estate professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, Brock brings a rare combination of formal training, construction expertise, and genuine market knowledge to every client relationship.

After relocating to the Treasure Valley, Brock went to work for a local commercial developer where he managed land entitlements, performed due diligence on complex sites, and advised on multifamily residential and mixed-use developments. That experience gave him something most agents simply don't have — the ability to see a property not just as it is today, but as what it could become.

Today, through BARE Strategists, Brock focuses on serving sellers looking to maximize their return, investors, luxury clients, and homeowners ready for their next chapter across Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and Kuna. The approach is simple: every client deserves the same level of attention, clarity, and straight talk you'd get from a trusted friend who knows construction, development, and this market inside and out.

When Brock isn't negotiating deals or walking properties, you'll find him on the mat training Jiu-Jitsu, wrenching on cars in the garage, or somewhere out in the Idaho backcountry.
